I had such a nice day today. There was nothing particularly special about it except after a long meeting at work, I had a nice conversation with a colleague.
She comes to my office now and again so I didn't really know her very well. However, today we had a lengthy discussion about the trials and tribulations of work, family life, and kids.
That may sound boring, but having community and encouragement from others had always been helpful and uplifting to me.
How about you? Try ti reach out to another mom or dad (or anyone for that matter). And together you can support each other to make daily life easier.
